S-Adenosyl L-Methionine is an amino acid naturally made by the body from two other amino acids: betaine and methionine. With age and under certain conditions of stress and exhaustion, the body manufactures less and less this substance. The main consequence will be an inflammatory and oxidative process, such as arthritis for joints or depression for the brain.
It will therefore be a first-rate anti-depressant with anti-arthritis.

Moreover it is regenerative of the liver. It is an excellent preventive of cerebral aging. It increases the energy production and stimulates the formation of neurotransmitters.

Ingredients and dosage per capsule:

     S-Adenosyl L-Methionine 200 mg
     Millet 100 mg
     Capsule: vegetable gelatin
     Excipient: magnesium stearate


S-adenosyl L-Methionine 200: 60 capsules at 470 mg.

1 capsule daily with a large glass of water


Precautions: S-Adenosyl L-Methionine should not be combined with monoamine oxidase inhibitor drugs (MAOIs).
