ISPAGHUL

This plant, of the plantain family, is a well-known laxative. Rich in fiber, its action regulates intestinal transit. Paradoxically, it can also help resolve diarrhea.
It also captures lipids (fats) and carbohydrates (sugars) and thus contributes to thinning.

Ingredient and dosage per capsule:

     Ispaghul 300 mg
     Capsule: vegetable gelatin


Ispaghul: 90 capsules at 375 mg.

2 to 6 capsules per day
